Shipping
Shipping in both directions is included in the price of our service. Return label is included in every package. Just write the address on the return label and stick it to the parcel in order to send back.

Delivery
Delivery takes place within Switzerland by Swiss post. Orders made on weekdays before noon are sent out at the same day.
Tracking
After each order you will receive shipping confirmation with tracking number. You can instantly track your order on the post website. Our packages are insured and received against signature.
Returns
Please use the same box for the return. You will always find your return label inside the package.
Transport damage
In case of external package damage during shipping, please document this by receipt or decline to accept. If the interior of the package is also damaged, then contact as quickly as possible our customer service at support@ragfair.ch
Shipping
For customers with UNLIMITED shipping is both ways free of charge. For RENT extra shipping fee of 15 Fr. applies. This fee covers shipping both ways. If you think you will order more than twice this year, get PRO shipping (30 Fr.) to have shipping included for all your orders.
