The items come from RAGFAiR, fashion brands, or individuals who rent out their clothing through our platform. Each piece is carefully selected for RAGFAiR by our team. We offer a range of high-quality and exclusive designer clothing, from cool vintage pieces to emerging young designers from around the world.

RAGFAiR cares about the environment, which is why we do not buy in bulk. Our range consists of exclusive pieces that are usually only available in one size. Because it is important to us to satisfy all our customers, you will always find matching items in sizes XS, S, M, L and XL at RAGFAiR.

You can place your order up to two months in advance and schedule your delivery date a few days before your event. This gives you enough time to try on your outfit and send it back without stress.

You can rent as many pieces as you want. Only pay shipping once per order.

We properly recycle clothing that can no longer be rented out or donate it to people in need.

You are responsible for any damage that goes beyond normal wear and tear (such as open seams, torn buttons, or washable stains). In the event of damage, RAGFAiR will charge you the repair costs. If something is truly damaged or lost beyond repair, you are obliged to pay the cost of the part in full. By agreeing to the general terms and conditions, you accept these conditions.

All personal data that you provide to RAGFAiR is protected by the Stripe payment system (PCI Security Standards).

RENT

Discover the most beautiful fashion items by browsing through our platform. Use the filter options to specifically search for your favorites.

Choose the delivery and return dates flexibly according to your needs when you place your order.

Shipping in both directions is included in the price of our service. You will receive the return label by email.

The package is sent with B-Post and normally takes 2-3 working days. After each order you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. You can track your order at any time on the Swiss Post homepage. Our packages are sent insured and accepted against signature.

If the package shows any external damage upon delivery, document this immediately when confirming receipt or refuse acceptance. If the inside of the package is also damaged, contact our customer service as soon as possible: support@ragfair.ch.

Please return the items to us not cleaned. We take care of the cleaning. The cleaning is carried out by a professional cleaning company and the cleaning costs are already included in the quoted price.

Pack the item carefully in the original packaging and return it the next day after the loan period has expired. You will find the return slip in your email inbox

You don't need to inform us about this. We know the package is from you as soon as we receive it. Just drop it off at the nearest post office.

Yes, if you are enthusiastic about the item, you have the option to buy it online or send us a purchase request.

RENT OUT

Send us an email with some photos of your garment to info@ragfair.ch to start the rental process.

Sign the rental agreement, print out the postal label for shipping and pack your clothes carefully.

Take the packaged items of clothing to the post office and stick the label provided on the box.

Sit back and relax - 20% (for each rental) of the rental price is paid out to your bank account at the end of each month.

We will inform you at the end of the month whether your item has been borrowed.
