Where do the clothes come from?

Each outfit on the RAGFAiR is carefully selected by our team. We offer a variety of high quality and exclusive designer clothing, from the vintage pieces to the up-and-coming fashion design from all over the world.

Which sizes are available?

RAGFAiR cares about environment, that’s why we do not make mass purchases. We have exclusive items mostly only in one size. However, it is important for us to satisfy all of our customers, so you can always find sizes XS, S, M and L on the RAGFAiR.

Should I inform you that I sent something back?

No need to inform us, we will know that the package is from you once we receive it. Just drop it at the closest post office.

Do you purchase clothes from private persons?

As we are a startup company and our resources are very limited, we can buy clothes only at the most favorable prices. If you have really great, unique pieces, which you don’t need any longer, and you would like to support us, you can give away this clothing or offer it for a fair price.All inquiries sent to: info@ragfair.ch

If I´m in love with one outfit, can I buy it from RAGFAiR?

Exceptionally, we can sell some things to you with a discount. If you are interested, contact us at: info@ragfair.ch to discuss further.

What happens to the clothing that could not be rented any longer?

All clothing that cannot be used for rent any longer, are collected by us and recycled correctly or donated to people or those who need help.

In which condition should the clothes be returned?

If you borrow some of your favorite it-pieces to your friends or someone from the family, you also want to get back it in the some condition like it was before. It is the same with RAGFAiR, please treat the rented pieces with the best care! Smaller damages (like small spots or open seams) can always happen; you don’t have to worry about it.

Do I have to clean rented pieces before return?

No, we take care for you. Therefore, we explicitly advise you not to clean clothes by yourself! We bring all clothing to a professional cleaning service.

What will happen if some of the rented things are damaged?

You are responsible for all damages that go beyond the normal using signs (like small spots or open seams). We will charge you repairment cost. In case of the damages beyond repair or loss, you are obliged to pay the full cost. By agreeing to our Terms & Conditions you accept these conditions.

What if something goes wrong?

How safe are my bank details?

All personal data you provide to RAGFAiR is protected (PCI Security Standards).

How the payment works?

By agreeing to our Terms & Conditions, you allow us to make a recurring payment of service fee every month.    


RENT

When should I make my order?

You could make your order up to two months in advance and schedule your delivery date couple of days before the event. So that you could try on our outfit before and you have enough time with no stress to send it back.

How many pieces can I borrow?

You could borrow as many pieces as you wish for your special event. Pay shipping just once for one order.

Is shipping included?

Both ways shipping is included in the product price that you pay when you order.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you could cancel your order free of charge any time before it was shipped. If it was shipped already, please contact us by email to cancel the order. Just drop it to the post office next day upon arrival and we will refund everything except shipping cost.   UNLIMITED

How many pieces can I borrow?

You can always have max. 3 pieces in your wardrobe, feel free to send only 1, 2 or 3 items back. Once the items arrive in our logistics center you can order new things.

Do I need always to send back all 3 pieces together?

No, you decide how many items you want to return back. Important is that you can’t owe more than 3 items at a time. If you send one piece back, you can rent just one new piece, and so on.

How long can I keep the rented clothing?

It’s totally up to you! You can have it as long as you want. In some rare cases we may ask you to send one piece back after a while.

How can I cancel?

You could cancel the service anytime, just send us email to support@ragfair.ch.

What is a money back guarantee?

If you are not happy with the service, simply send us an email. If we receive all the products in 14 days after the first order, we will make a 100% refund. You could find return label inside the box and shipping is free in this case. Money back guarantee is valid for the first purchase only.
