“Zanete Auzina” concept of fashion outlet-workshop embraces the design and manufacture of female and male clothing from best quality natural materials (silk, linen, wool, velvet, cotton) and adds extra value by integrating hand-crafted work into the company’s output. Zanete Auzina Žanete Auzina is a fashion designer, graduate of Riga Applied Arts School and Baltic International Academy. Fashion collections designed by her have been shown internationally (in Japan, Germany, Canada, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, France, Austria, and Russia). She is the former Fashion Editor for a Latvian fashion magazine “Pastaiga”, and was the initiator and creator of international projects “Stils un mode”(in Latvia) and the Baltic Fashion Festival “Mode. Maksla. Muzika”.Žanete Auzina has designed costumes for theatre productions and films. In 2005, key items from Zanete Auzina’s spring/summer collection were published in “VOGUE” (DE), while the collection of 2013/14 has featured in www.vogue.it, L’OFFICIELLatvia,andothermedia. In 2007, her fashion collection was awarded the 1st place in one of the nominations for USEDOM BALTIC FASHION AWARD. Her spring/summer 2011 collection was presented at MERCEDES-BENZ FASHION WEEK BERLIN and TORONTO ALTERNATIVE ARTS AND FASHION WEEK. In parallel to her work as fashion designer, Zanete Auzina works with various photo projects. She has participated in photo exhibitions, and her photographs have been published in Latvian fashion magazines and internet sites. Currently Zanete Auzina is the editor and photographer at “CONFESS”, a fashion, art and music magazine.
